Account Recovery
We use Google Sign-In for authentication, which means we don't store passwords. If you've lost access to your Google account, here's what to do.
Recover your Google account first
Since we authenticate via Google, regaining access to your Google account will automatically restore your Investor Side access.
Recover Google account →Used a different Google account?
If you signed up with one Google account and are now trying to sign in with another, your courses and progress are tied to the original account. Try signing in with all of your Google accounts to find the right one.
Still locked out? Contact support
If you've permanently lost access to your Google account and can't recover it, reach out to us. Provide your name, the email address you signed up with, and proof of purchase (e.g. a payment receipt) so we can verify your identity and transfer your account.
Contact support →Why don't you offer email/password login?
Google Sign-In means we never store your password, reducing your risk if there's ever a data breach. It also means fewer passwords for you to remember. This is a deliberate security decision.
